From my side I can do custom horns/waveguides. Large are 1000-1500 eur for mold and 600-900 eur per pair depend on finnish. Or HDF+fiberglass prototypes for 300 eur each.

Shipping through Pluss Parcels Chicago - good company, imported Quad 4 stack 1000lbs. They picked up, built crate and shipped for 1000$.

Hmmm very interesting. I will be building a large SH for my TPL200.

Well for now I will just build prototypes in MDF. Then once I figure out where thing needs to go I will try and build a lighter material horn. Possibly CF or something else. No rush as this is a learning experience for me since I have never done something like this before. I will be building myself a pair of them.

So I will also be reading a lot from others such as yourself on how to do everything.

Presented waveguide is straight extrusion. You can laser cut and bent/glue, eg hdf + rubber/foam + hdf. It should cost no more than 30$

Ah ok. I looking at trying to get a final dimension of about 600mm wide by 900mm tall. Its just a rough dimension I am working with. My horn is only going to be 80 x 40.

Don't forget AMT needs 1-2 litres with stuffing behind otherwise response will be unbalanced. You can try Dr Keele's slot horn - eg. famous EV6040.

I can print horns up to about 1,2 meter for the group. Setting up printer and technology.

Awesome! How do the production costs look like?

Wait until I setup and test technology. Automotive paint and mount was outsourced. RAW print isn't expensive but large printers itself are 5k-8k eur. I've checked companies and they usually ask 500-600 eur for mid sized horns and requires lotnof post processing.
