Looks like Honda is shipping acoustic levers in their cars now. Here's a pic of one that someone yanked out of their car. They were asking about what it was in a forum:

The thread and pictures don't show whether the inter-cone space is in an isolated enclosure or if it's part of the same enclosure as the rear cone space. If it's isolated, it's an acoustic lever, probably an attempt to make use of a smaller enclosure. If not, it's just a funny shaped driver.
