Hi, apologies for yet another 'pleeeaaaaassseeee help me' thread, but having lurked here for around 6 months or so now i'm still rather stuck on what speaker to build!
Gonna try and keep this simple so people don't just skip over it! -They will be corner loaded (approx 6" back and side) -Max height of 5' -Max width of 13" -Max depth of 16" (not including 6" at rear) -Budget of around £150 for drivers -Complexity not too much of an issue -Will be used in home cinema set-up without sub so will need fairly decent bass (or I can be convinced to build a sub too!) -Running off Marantz SR5300 until I upgrade to a better receiver Think that is everything (probably isn't so feel free to ask for more info)! The one design that seems to cover most of these is the Dallas II's and this is the design I am currently leaning towards, although my knowledge is fairly slim on the ground so if there is anything better suited then please let me know! Thanks in advance Phil |
