Frugal Horn XL and Mark Audio 11MS

Dear all,

I've just bought a pair of gold MA 11MS, and the plans for the FHXL.
I'm not good with wood working, so I've asked to a friend to built them for me.

Can these plans be used to save wood?

I've decided to have it build it as is now, and then implement 390 mm wide suprabaffle ( http://www.frugal-horn.com/downloads/supraBaffle-appendix-draft.pdf ) and 390 mm wide deflector ( http://www.frugal-horn.com/downloads/stealthWoofer-0v8-200309.pdf ) later on to hear differencies.

It will be in birch plywood with surface waxing.

What is the amount of stuffing that I need to insert behind and below the speaker?

In the point, 60g very well teased, with the A11ms would start with 40g under the driver (0-80g recommended depending on the situation and driver).

I will update the thread with the photos of the speakers, but it will be early 2022.
I will ask some more questions during construction if there will be need.

Is there any indication for the milling of the baffle to fit this specific speaker?
Can I buy the internal fluffing (white and grey) only, as a kit, or can someone point me at a EU/Italian source for it?
