Not sure, but the way you have done the slant/tilt for your mod brings the top of the cabinet very close to the rear of the upper driver diaphragm, and this might lead to some of the reflections from the cone bouncing back.

For a floor-stander with 2 drivers in the front, do a search for "Wessex ML-TL", and have a look at that design too.

The tight chamber at the behind the upper driver is a concern. I'll draft this up to better understand how close it will be and will check out the Wessex. Thanks for pointing me to it. Anyone compare it to the micoTower Castle 15°?

I built both a long time back... from memory, the microTower Castle with the angled up firing drivers had a more diffused presentation; the Wessex had a more precise image. I built the Wessex with the narrow baffle; probably should have chosen the wider baffle version.
