Yes, many have built the Sato over the years...a 2/3rds size WE 15A...they continue to be brutally expensive, often times, whoever builds them winds up going out of business before they can finish with YOUR horn. Likely, it is the second set they had ever built....the timetable to completion gets longer & longer...up until you "visit" their shop, just to find, it's been boarded up a long time ago...but their web-site is still there!
