If a BR cabinet, line the walls, if sealed or TL you can just lay it in and fill the cabinet. I would tease it out, but it may be unnecessary.

Is this supposed to be a good application of MDM or should I stuff the central too?(the speaker is upside down)

Try teasing that polyfluff, it will work better as stuffing.
