Alpair 10.3 FAST / WAW guidance needed

We have used side firing woofers successfully up to 450 Hz in Tysen V2, but they are 5.25” (a pair push-push). We found if you are pushing the XO higher, woofer on each side works better (as well as the huge contribution of push-push).

Interesting to hear, did you feed the woofers mono or stereo signal?

Might need to experiment more with my setup, could be that I had an imbalance with the crossover and levels when I tried. I need to try and measure the woofers separately and see how high they can reach reasonably. That's the best part of this semi-active design, lots of possibilities for adjustments!

Stereo. Each speaker has 2 woofers.

That could be the difference, I need to test more with the crossover.

On another note, just finished fixing my oopsie with the router. Small piece of wood glued as support and polyester kit. The smell...
