Assuming these specs are reasonably accurate, i.e. designed for horn loading and you're referring to the Eikona VTL, then to the first approximation the VTL is much too small.

The cabinett with fe204 has twice the volume.
Original has an outer volume of 28liters and fe one has 56liters outer volume.
I have calculated only on the total size of the cabinets.
At a glance, gross volume assuming the same 1.8 cm material thickness will need to be ~65.83 L. Assuming the Eikona VTL is tuned to ~Fs, then scaling width and/or depth is required to keep ~ the same TL path length, otherwise best to design from scratch using actual measured specs.
