just picked up a pair in cabinets. They do sound very good on first run, will have to give it more of a test
Looks like your pair are missing their whizzers and phase plugs. "Best" is always a bit of hyperbole, however I have the AN 12's and between 70hz - 10Khz I find them superb for most music, male vocals especially. However they seem challenged with complex crescendo's from big orchestral and rock. The 15's have a rep of being better.
