More reading, research. I removed that silly complicated thing I called a notch filter after realizing it was for a box speaker. back to a simple notch filter. An inductor & resistor. Now the sparkles back. high hats, cymbals, the works. lining it. i need to figure out which way I need to go with the resistor to attenuate the highs just a tad. currently using a 10 ohm-10 watt resistor. And I put together an active crossover to replace an SX45. Sounding sweet.
