Passive Radiator not kicking - what to do

I'm building two near field systems - One with a 5.25 woofer 4mm xmax peak to peak, radiator=8 mm) and a 3" full range =9mm (Ptp) xmax. I don't have TS parameters on the 5.25. Using a SPL meter, it seems that both radiators kick in the most around 40Hz with equalization boost. Is there any way to move that up to 60-80 Hz?

Remove weight from the PR or make the box smaller to change the PR tuning frequency.

I can't make the PR lighter as nothing is added to it BUT I forgot about making the boxes smaller. Thanks

One of those RARE times making the box smaller is the solution--I get it, not often the smaller box unicorn shows up. Good luck with your build.
