I think Parts Express and Madisound in the US can also ship to Vietnam. Might cost same as shipping to Europe. Parts Express carries Dayton line of drivers which are excellent value and some have unique performance at price point. Madisound carries almost everything.

To better help us help you what size of fullrange(wideband) driver are you looking for? What enclosure?
How much do you want to spend?
If you are unsure of any of these things I suggest looking @ the fullrange kits available at Madisound.for some ideas.
For price Partsexpress is hard to beat but their postage OS is expensive for single items. I would suggest a group buy with some like minded friends to save on postage.
