Hi, I've bought some Jordan Eikona 2 speakers and was hoping to build the 18 MLTL design from their website. I was going to use Baltic Birch ply but I can't seem to get hold of any where I live. I can however, get plenty of Ecosheet from a local supplier. Has anyone got any thoughts or experience of using this product?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Interesting product.
If you want to use ply, go to the Useful Info page on our site and see the Farmwood Timber Products link. They sell Baltic Birch plywood, either in sheets or cut it to your specifications.

Greets!
Just converting specs, 700 mpa MOE = ~101.5 k psi compared to 3/4" mdf's ~528 k psi and 19 mm BB, apple, marine no-void plywood's ~1.8 m psi, so relatively speaking, this is flimsy insulation board, which would work fine for damping high Qts drivers or for enclosing/damping a horn or [super] tweeter, but otherwise to be avoided unless there's nothing else any stiffer.
