From where I can order Takanori Ohmura's full-range transducer "HR Vocal" used in 47lab's 4722 LENS?

On the ferrite magnet system I read follow:
1) amm (AMM sound lab)
2) A100FXK04T or A100PXK04T
3) 04CT001
