It varies depending on room construction & other positioning considerations. 1ft out should work in many situations, once you've got them optimally damped.

My house is easy...50hz suck-out LOL!!!

That's why I rarely care about anything below that...too much work to deal with...as long as the bass doesn't over take the top end but compliments it...all is good

I managed to get a really good deal on a Woden Victor cabinet and a pair of FE168e∑ drivers. Any particular issues with using the sigma drivers with these? More/less stuffing?
