Guess we'll have to fish it all out and weight it.

Since the chord/segment sketch was intended for manual lay-out of (template for) hand-machined (as opposed to CNC) side panels, I wonder if it should also include dimensions for layout of angled front, as per:

hi,
i am redrawing the plans for the nominal 18mm ply ( actual 17.4mm) that i have but having problems replicating the 021910 doc internal dimensions, has anyone else tried drawing it? are the baffle and the back parallel ? |

Here is the 18mm plan. Hopefully it will give some clues to convert to 17.4mm.
Conversion to a larger material than the ref 15mm requires moving back the back panel by the extra thickness, raising the height of the point the same (because this is the extra thickness of the divider, length of horn remains the same to the choke point), and using a half-round to define the choke (or an approximation). Then all the outer panels increase into the outside, and the divider panel towards the back. The front and the back are not parallel. dave

Wherever you like. We wouldn't be so bold as to tell people where to stick them.
