I'll second that. I can sand, glue, clamp but not quite at cutting wood!

Bob Berner, Big Wood Studio. Not on his list yet but a microSize flat-pak makes a lot of sense.

Some measurements. Mic is 1m from driver. Level adjusted to 1.4v with a 100Hz tone prior to measurement.

Nice measurements -surprisingly good given the over-sized nature of the driver & (probable) spec. :) Enjoy!

Yeah, whoever coined that name laid the groundwork for some pretty bad puns.

At the risk of being a little off topic, Iím interested to know what headphones FH3/FHXL owners are using. Building FH3s w/ MA 7MSs completely flipped my perception of value for money, where previously I thought Iíd need to spend 1000ís of dollars on speakers to beat the sound experience of my AKG K7XX headphonesÖ I spent about aud$1000 all up building my horns (including a $600 amp) and now my headphones are downright disappointing to listen to. I know what Iím missing out on when at my desk.

Now it seems I need to spend 1000ís on headphones to match my horns! I listened to Sennheiser HD800s at a shop many years ago and they were phenomenal, but again, 1000ís!

I have many headphones including Sennheisers 800, 580, 600, 650, Audeze LCD2, Grado PS1000 (sold), I had every Grado just about, STAX, to name few. You can't beat Senn 600 or 650 especially balanced for excellent sound.
