Flattens any and every TB driver ever made. Not cheap of course, but most of the time, you get what you pay for in this life.

I lived with the non-s version off and on for 8-9 years. Great speaker....and hard (impossible) to beat at those prices.

I will be looking forward to your results as well. This is a very nice driver and you should be pleased. IMO, the strength of this driver is the low end performance where all FR units I have heard in this size can't even come close.

I agree they are quite amazing. The lack of distortion etc even when they are using up most of their substantial X max is impressive.

Not quite as good as lowthers on impeccable material, but they don't make lesser recordings sound horrible either.
I don't run them with a tweeter, and my kids (better HF hearing) say they sound better without too.

I might await ordering xover components for my alpha 15 JX92S OB until you have tried out settings with the electronic X over.

Please don't make me want to buy these expensive Jordan's! I'm very happy with Fostex, TB and the innexpensive Pioneer B20.

I quit expensive drivers years ago after Dynaudio, Eton and Vifa - to name just a few.

I got a pair in the group buy and will do Jim Griffiths monitor with tweeter soon. I have the jordans playing in a cardboard baffle in some ceramic flower pots at present and am already impressed with them.
