The series resistance will probably drop sensitivity to just below the 207, so up to you really. They're both fine drivers.
Thank's. You mean, that the 207, need's more power to drive it ? Well in my case it's not a problem (I think ) .. I will be driving it with full balanced F4 +

Our experiments with Brynn had the 126 losing detail with the series R required to bring its bass level up. That could well change with the use of a much better series R. Myself i'd use FE207eN

Myself i'd use FE207eN
This ain't a ''comercial driver'' right ?
I was wondering, if it's ok, just to glue ''visible'' part's (With dowel's ofcause) onto the chassis, or am i better off, with both glue+screws here ?
While i am at asking quistion's, i would like some ''Dampin'' material recommodation's too
Jesper.
FE207eN = www.planet10-hifi.com Far better than the standard unit.
Damping material? Up to you. 1in stiff acoustic fiberglass on opposite faces will do the job, or wool carpet underlay.

Phase plugs are at the moment in short supply as i switch OEMs.
a 207eN has phase plugs, cone pre-treatment, EnABL, basket stiffening and damping plus a few other details. All will be documented & made available to the diyer in one place eventually (ATM you'd have to bring together a number of posts on disparate threads)
