Ignore List for Threads

Is it possible to add whole threads to an ignore list?

I have no interest in threads about audiophile this, cable that, sonic properties, Bybee quackery, or any of these types of subjects. As they tend to be popular (for reasons unknown to me), can it be made possible to have an Ignore Thread list?
