Affordable$$Audio March issue is online. Any and all comments welcome:

Affordable$$Audio

The site is called "whogivesa". You must register, it will allow you full access to their site. They have provided us with a forum and location to download from.

Not intended to pull anyone away from diyaudio.com and others, just a good place for new to audio folks to drop by (but any and all are welcome)

Moderators: if this inappropriate please email me and suggest an appropriate place to post, thanks..

Moderators have checked out this recommendation. I had posted it last month in a different section. Their thought was to move it here to "Everything Else". I do contribute to Affordable$$Audio.

Whogivesa has provided Affordable$$Audio with free server space, somehow one of the Moderators saw us elsewhere... there simply hasn't been enough bandwidth for Affordablee$$Audio to provide for the demand. No.5 is a little disconcerning, but we'll work on that .

There is a complete section for Affordale$$Audio there.

Affordable$$Audio March issue is online

.. oooh, so it is an audio magazine
and we can read the 2006 March issue

well, forgive me for being so stupid
but I still do not know what this is about.

Usually there is a first page, at most websites
with link About Us or some presentation/info
and some hint what website is for
with a menu, that tell what contents

websites....

lineup.

I guess I figured the title or heading would indicate enough. Yes it is an ezine about affordable audio. Building a webpage and paying for a server is financially beyond our means at this time. (ask anyone what good web design and startup costs are and you'll get the picture quickly). Everyone including myself and Mark, the publisher, do so with no income from the ezine. No $$ exchange hands at all.

hope this clarrifies it all

Nanook, I believe Lineup may also be trying to give you a little help/hint on your website design. Meaning, your link goes to a login page only. Nothing identifies what you're logging in for. Now, what you posted here gives some information, but if I stumbled across this randomly, I would agree with lineup, I'd give it a pass. I have enough logins around the net, I don't need another for somehting I have no clue what its for or like or what not. There's nothing that tells me this would be for me. I have to create an account just to find out, oh, I don't care about this or oh, I really like it. Most people aren't going to be willing to do that.

Again, this isn't a knock on your posting, but rather more about the website itself.
