These are fake, these IC were never made in plastic case, I know I bought a few of them and they are not working into the circuit... Just the one shown on the link I sent are original and will work...

And they offer the cheapest (and slowest) mail method to Canada -
USPS First-Class Package International Service, 4-6 weeks, $16.00
The next price level is DHL Express Worldwide, 2-12 days, $34.00
