Well, there's just no point in continuing to manufacture these extremely expensive units. Now that everyone knows that measurements tell you absolutely nothing, and nobody cares about them any more anyways, why bother with testing? Waste of time!! Remember, your ears will tell you far more than any highfalutin' overpriced piece of extremely accurate test equipment.

As for servicing, a couple of years ago I sourced brand new displays (very reasonably priced) for my R&S UPA directly from R&S. Shipping from Germany was less reasonably priced.
