Vici 8145 need to repair highest voltage range

Today I blew up the meter testing 900VAC (I thought it was rated to 1000V) and now it measures low voltages at about 1/2 the actual voltage, and if you measure over 300V when it changes ranges it short circuits the test leads...

I have it apart, and the only thing I can see would be a bad relay. Does anyone have a schematic?
