Curve tracer recommendations?

I need a curve tracer for triode, inverted triode, and semiconductor measurements.
I don't want one of those pwm ones, I want one that will show me real-time results so I can trim the curves in real time.
I have an oscilloscope with X-Y mode.
The inverted triode requirement means I need grid voltage capability down to several hundred volts and semiconductor requirements means I need positive grid capability.
I would like a current capability up to 1A but 400ma is a minimum requirement.
What do you recommend?
