Sorry for the extremely old thread bump, 10 years after the fact...... but I just got a guy at Advantest (formerly Takeda Riken) here in Japan to scan their single remaining manual, with schematic.

He'll be re-scanning the blurry pages in the next few weeks, so 'll update then with a nicer copy.
The schematic is perfectly usable though.
