yes, I have seen that. I was wondering if anyone recommended anything in particular for playing at lower volumes - something which has a tendency to limit the volume.

@vkung Hi Victor, wanna check if this amp is solid state or tube rectified. Do you also have info on the Gain Level for both the speaker out and headphone out?

Hi,

All recent Elekit amps use SS rectification with an additional FET based ripple filter, the bigger ones also have a second filter stage for driver tubes.

Gain can be calculated from the specs. 360mV is required for 12.5 Watts, which is about 29 dB at 8 Ohms, and 26 dB at 4 Ohms.

Headphone output level is adjustable.

Yes, you do not need a preamp if you are fine with 2 RCA inputs
