Telefunken smooth Plates ECC 82

Today I listen this cd more than 10 times .
i do not want to turn off my tu-8600
i just feel Joe Pass is playing his guitar in front of me.
Those telefunken smooth plates ecc82 , ecc 83 and elrog300b are working so well with tu-8600

It is not hifi .

The AER BD2 is a prefect match for TU-8600

It just feels like someone playing guitar in front of me.

So real. You can feel the pressure of the guitar strings being plucked .

For sure no HiFi... Just emotionally engaged with Joe Pass's Guitar....

Do you own or have you listened to the album "Songs for Ellen"? It was recorded in the same year and same studio by the same recording engineer, Angel Balestier.

In 1992 Joe Pass sat down for a few sessions and recorded several jazz standards at slow tempo. The best selections went into the "Songs for Ellen" album, released that same year. Unforgettable is a 1998 posthumous release (Joe Pass died in 1994) using other songs recorded in those same 1992 sessions.
If you are enjoying "Unforgettable" so much, you will certainly enjoy "Songs for Ellen" too.
