Hi. When you repair anything, don't change caps because "tradition" says it. Use common sense and logic. Try to find the bad components, check the components, replace bad componentes and so. If caps are good, why do you replace them?
I'm not agree with this habit to replacing capacitors like it were a mere habit.
Repair is relatively simply: Go to the fault and solve it. Nothing else.

In this case, check all components, specially in the primary and in the zone with these diode cracked.
