Hi All,
I've had this player for about seven years...the last three sitting on the shelf because it developed a problem reading discs, and eventually got to the point of not reading any disc at all.
I've search the forums here and googled it but came up empty, and of course tried all of the cleaning procedures to no avail.
Ali Express says they have replacement laser assemblies, but they look nothing like the one in my player.
So I'm wondering if there's a drop-in replacement drive a guy can just buy and toss it in and be done with it?
This isn't a high priority for me, I was hoping to just fix it a give it to my daughter and son in law as their old, cheap player totally died.
