Is TV sound possible on network audio streamer

Hello
Is it possible to play tv sound from the internet on an audio streamer. I have three, a daphile system, a cambridge audio np30 sonata and am thinking of getting a marantz mcr611. It would be nice to have an alternative to the bbc r4 news in the morning.
Any ideas please.

I've often thought this would be a good idea too.
JRiver has a 'TV' section but I think you need some sort of TV receiver inside the PC (?)

Only got 'round to thinking about it so far, sorry !!
