I have bought quite ok usb cable ...length 2m because it was the same price as 1 meter. I will cut it and do 2x1m for usb dac and usb disk.
I have one question. Cable is double shielded...so all wires ale shielded than isolated and data cables are also with another shield, power lines have no shield.
Main shield is connected at both sides, what about shield from data lines?
What do you recommend...i can*t look into connectors, because they are fabricated terminated and i will leave it as it is.
Do you recommend to connect data shield at source or both sides?
