Make sure that your mech is SFP101N-16P.

I think you have SFP101N 5/8 which can not be used in Shiga project.

Thanks Tibi, finally I combined Shiga and Neutron Star clock fixed on one board. And that is the 1st to listne it with Nordost Odin SPDIF cord (DIY). The body is full and details.
Current system now is
1 Shiga Transport with external clock.
2 Soekris Dam1021 R2R DAC
3 5687/80 tube amp (0.7w output)
4. Coral Beta 8 fullrange speaker

Sound very good, very enjoy

Hi Turbon,

I am going to use the reflektor's in my build, i was waiting for the groupbuy.
In the build thread there are some mods recommended, i am also still investigating.

It starts getting interesting from page 25 and up ;-)

I am going to use 4 5V reflektors and for the 8V i am going to use a teddy pardo ruperreg.

Transformer, bridge, big filter capacitor in external box, regulators in cd box.

Isn't that neutron star a thing of beauty!!!

how is the sound of the soekris dac different from the buffalo? and is it a balanced design?

i am still using a buffalo 32s, its maybe time for an upgrade.

I am so happy to see builds on wooden boards - still haven't been able to build a good box for my shiga mk2 :( - so every picture relieves me from having bad feelings over my lazyiness :D

Hi Tibi,
I got the problem on CD reading.
After listening music a hour, I changed a disc (after then I changed several discs), the Shiga started to be enable to read disc.
I press the button for Cd door, it started to read, but the display flashed `--` and then shows `00`

Normally what is that problem caurse
