Default XMOS USB-SPDIF

Thinking which of these two converters to order..
Do not know what is in the first case, so I'm a little closer to the second option..

Commpleted 192K 24bit Xmos USB to Fiber Coaxial Output I2S Asynchronous WLX | eBay

Or maybe someone has a better suggestion..

As I understand it this device should work without drivers on Win7..

If I'm wrong, anyone know where to find the drivers for it ..
