DAC switch on/off when use light on/off

Hi,

I have the following situation;

CD-rom player digital output connected to DAC
When playing an CD the DAC lock and everything goes perfect
but when I swich on/off the light the DAC unlock and lock again

i use an simple AC power supply for the dac

any suggestions?
