Has anyone placed a pre-order for the Buffalo-II Dac on Twisted Pear's website recently ?
I tried to do so last saturday but it was impossible : no active link but just a red countdown timer !

they sell out that quickly, often you refresh the screen and by the time you do they are all sold; its ridiculous. luckily I already have one, but I pity those still trying to do this, its painful
Another tip: when someone presses the "add to basket" button, the item is placed under reservation. If the transaction is not completed within 1 hour (or so) the reserved item becomes available again. So if you are too late; try again in an hour and may be you are lucky...
