I don't exactly remember how it's broken (5 years ago), either pluging in wrong polarity (or wrong voltage) DC supply or droping it down from the working desk (about 2.5 ft).

The result is the honky sound (like many multiple echos). The absolute sound level is also lower than it used to be.

Any hypothesis for what actually is broken ?
