Hello all. I’m new to using DSP’s. I currently use use a 2x4 MiniDSP. I’m very impressed and would like to upgrade. I’m having problems finding one that meets my spec.
This is my spec:
Sharc processor
At least six output channels
Analog input
SPDIF input
USB would be nice.
I was wondering if anyone could help me.
Thanks in advance.
John.

A link... It's designed for car use really. Is there any reason why it couldn't be used for hi-fi?

Looks pretty good to me. Going by the pictures it uses ak4456 dacs. Not sure how they sound compared to the ak4495s in my system but the datasheet specs look reasonable.
The question is, what is the DSP? They give away that it is 64 bit, 295mhz and fixed point? It also looks like an Analogue Devices ic, again, going by the pics. They claim 1.2 billion Mac operations per second. Is this a lot or enough?
The RCA output level can be configured to be compatible with hi-fi amplifiers.
