Thank you @Terry and @Abraxilito, yes I have the datasheet but I hadn't yet looked at the internals of the chip, at least so far.
If I got it well, the suggestion is to keep pin5 apart from Iout (pin6) and feed it with a 2mA continuous current source.
Would a LT3092 make sense or can you share any hint for implementing the 2mA constant current supply? Sorry for very basic questions.
