Here is Spice Frequency response of post #9 with Cc (330p), Cn (200p), & Cc + Cn.
I am aware it is not the same circuit as post #1.

Both then. Cc has more effect if I remembered it right.

If I have to choose from the 3, I would choose Cc only, for better phase at 0dB.
(corresponds to -120dB on the simulation with 1ÁV input)

I missed understanding the circuit on post #1. So please ignore my previous post.

EUVL, your circuit on #9 doesn't have bootstrapped current mirror. Where did you put Cn?Across the Q3 and Q4 collector?

So no supply decoupling and the thing oscillates/misbehaves? Could just be that.
