Najda can only use IIR or FIR separately not both at the same time. It was promised as an update to the software quite some time ago but has never arrived.
The minidsp HD literature states that it cannot do impulse response correction meaning that it can not perform convolution, so you might need to check if the type of FIR filter you can load will give you the phase correction you want.
