I might be wrong, but the gerber file included in the page you refer seems to be in not ok condition, meaning that if you get uploaded the file to any pcb manufacturing house what you can see is a big working frame which includes the board inside. I don´t think the gerber is well generated. Would you mind please to take a look into it ? big thanks

I didn’t have any issues getting boards made at JLCPCB with the gerbers from puredsd.ru.

Is the black output audio transformer from the BOM now recommended over the old yellow one? They have different specs... It is better sounding?

Black and yellow sound the same. This is the same model R3.
Yellow a little brighter. But the difference is so small that it is noticeable only with fast switching. Black made better quality.

I did not have the opportunity to compare the sound of all resistors that are worthy of attention. Based on my practical experience, the PFC-W1206LF tantalum resistors are a good option.

I was offered to open production at the plant allo.com. I can re-talk with allo.com for production and direct sales.

R1 has too much DC resistance — 2K2. This is a lot of output transformer.
R3 ~300 Ohm.
