Audionote DAC-ZERO transformer

The toroidal transformer inside my Audionote DAC-ZERO was dead. Does anybody know the specification of this transformer? Actually I want know the V+ applied to the 6111WA mini tube.

Hi there,
I came across your post and have a similar problem.
Did you ever get the transformer output voltages for this DAC. I know there are two outputs but require the actual voltages.
I know it is quite an old post but thought it may still be a good chance!
