Hi, I'm designing DAC + headphone amp around PCM1972A and TPA6120 and I'm thinking if to use digital volume control in PCM1792A or add WM8816 for analog volume control? Any ideas or recommendations? Source signal will be mainly 44.1 / 96 kHz 16 bit upsampled to 24bit/192kHz in SRC4392 recevier/ASRC. Balanced output from dual mono PCM192A (2x WM8816 if analog volume control will be used). In general I need to decied whether to prefer digital or analog volume control and if qualitiy of volume control in PCM1972A is better / worse thank using WM8816 (THD, SNR, resolution). Thanks
