is that 0.3mm , or 0.03mm Dia?

if 0.3 , then OK , even mechanical (rotating) tools are good for that ( aliexp. etc) but if 0.03 ...... I'm helpless

in Yore , wire put on Aspirine tab and heated worked , but with nowadays insulation , dunno

Well it actually is 0.03 mm
0.3 isn‘t really a problem.
Before buying more tools, I tried heating up the insulation (luckily it isn‘t ptfe). Need a magnifying glass to control all is off...

I've had a lot of luck with sort of sideways pulling on traditional strippers, too. I admit it's challenging, and you always need extra because the piece you're trying to use has a high rate of being rejected from it going wrong. Melting seems legit but gross. Solder pot?

You can also use a very fine folded sandpaper. I usually use a match to burn the enamel if it is a tranformer winding wire.

If you can get hold of a wire-wrapping tool, or sometimes a roll of wire for wire wrapping, they come with an insulation stripping tool built in.
