I'm going to get some baffles CNC machined and then finished in automotive paint. Nothing fancy just primer, base coat, top coat then satin lacquer.
Can anyone tell me (in mm would be ideal) the clearance I have to leave to allow for the paint build up when calculating the cutout for the driver?
I don't want a huge gap round the drivers but I don't want to use a mallet to get them in the rebates
Cheers!
