I think it is possible to conbine good old Tubes and today's full digital technologies.

maybe I'm so tired with heavy working right before holiday??

Unless you've got a tube that can switch at 600khz or more, then I don't think there's much point.

That is easy..
Tubes are used for Transmitter for AM/FM/Ham or GHz Radars.
Don't you remember old TVs had many tubes inside?
They were working for TV frequency.

Anyway just a tired businessman's daydream

Almost exactly a year ago. A fun idea, tho not very practical. You might want to read thru it. It's worth a try, if for nothing more than the fun factor.

IIRC, Norman Crowhurst wrote about this in the early '60s. It may be worth poking around to see if you can find his papers. They may have been reprinted in Audio Amateur.

Nothing more than the fun, but maybe sound will have Tube fravor

You can add a "tube flavor" with signal processing. (distortion, compression, EQ)
Trying to add it on the output stage would be a mistake. Especially when you want to turn it off.
