Pure, very pure, water caps. How about a cap that can handle 10 million volts? Some very exiting research is being done in this area. Charging these caps up and discharging them in 100 nanoseconds at 20 million amps. Into what you may wonder, mostly X-ray generators in fact the most powerful ones there are. Do a search on the subject for more interesting info. Like generating small earth quakes! Terawatts can do that!
