The power supply seems OK. Left if minus, mid is ground and right is positive.
For the amplifier board, scroll down a little and you can see the power connections ( WONDOM AA-AB32321 IRS2092 Module amplificateur stereo class D 2x125W 8Ohms - Audiophonics ).
No reaction of the amplifier with these connections?

Hi amigos, first : let me say THANKS for your help... That was my first double Rail PSU, unsually I do not use those kinds of power supply.
Here the final result, seems to work fine. I am still listening to my HD Audio music and I will let you know my feelings about the Wondom IRS2092
